We had a little rain yesterday, and hubby said it was pouring when he got up this morning. Last month we picked 30 pounds of strawberries and some beets at a local pick-your-own farm. Now it is blueberry season in southern Maine, so we're going blueberry picking today, rain or shine.

I love all of Jo Morton's stuff, I have several of her books and hope that our local quilt shop decides to do her Little Women Club in the fall.
We are planning on picking blueberries later next week, my MIL picked some last week and they were nice and sweet. Do you pick the small native or the larger high bush, we pick the high bush.
Have a great day.

Love the hexagons. Jo Morton's fabric is wonderful. This is going to be a beautiful quilt! Have fun picking blueberries.
Very nice! Hope you got lots of good berries; they're a real treat. Freeze well, too.....
